Understanding the needs of the very young child
These workshops guide you in discovering the fundamental needs of children aged 0 to 3, according to the approach and philosophy of Maria Montessori (AMI).
For each age group (0–8 months, 9–12 months, 1–2 years, 2–3 years), four main topics are covered:
- Movement: supporting free movement and natural physical development.
- Communication: perceiving and responding to children's early language.
- Independence: understanding the importance of “doing things by oneself” from birth.
- Self-discipline: supporting the natural learning process of self-respect and respect for others.
These themes are based on three fundamental principles:
- A prepared environment, adapted to the needs of each age group.
- Sensitive periods, windows of opportunity for each learning process.
- Careful observation, to better determine each child's needs and pace.

Learning to massage your baby
Inspired by an ancient Indian tradition, this practice invites you to share a moment of gentleness and connection with your baby. It nurtures closeness and strengthens the bond between you.
This soft, enveloping touch stimulates your baby's sensory and emotional development, relieves tension, soothes colic... These special moments build trust and contribute to your baby's overall well-being.

During my workshops, I will teach you the art of Shantala massage step by step. Together, we will take the time to:
- Establish a reassuring routine that promotes learning and bonding.
- Learn simple techniques that you can safely use every day.
- Observe your baby and recognise their needs.
- Discuss any issues that concern you.
Three home sessions, tailored to your baby's rhythm.
- Individual workshops, at your home, over three meetings spaced 10 to 15 days apart.
- Each session (1½ to 2 hours) includes time for discussion and learning.
- You will receive a practical guide with a reminder of the techniques and protocol to massage your little one with complete confidence.

The Rebozo is a traditional Mexican fabric, colourful and hand-woven, which has been used for generations to accompany women through every stage of their lives: puberty, motherhood, menopause, etc.
Even today, it remains a popular tool during pregnancy, childbirth and after birth. It helps to release tension and reconnect with your body.
It can be used for several soothing movements:
- Wraps, which provide a feeling of containment and security. They promote deep relaxation.
- Rocking, which creates a moment of gentleness and care, alone or with your baby. It calms the mind and helps to release muscle and ligament tension, particularly in the pelvis and lower back.
- Binding, which supports the muscles used and relieves pain.
I offer you:
- A space for listening, slowness and calm.
- Recognition of your experience as a woman.
- A non-medical but deeply therapeutic treatment that acts on the body, emotions, energy and symbolic experience.
